Legal Violations

  • • Violating applicable laws or regulations

  • • Using services for illegal activities
  • • Violating export control or sanctions regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Creatteeait Content Ownership

All course materials, curricula, software, and educational content remain the exclusive property of Creatteeait. This includes but is not limited to:

  • • Software tools and educational platforms
  • • Assessment frameworks and rubrics
  • • Proprietary algorithms and methodologies

Student Usage Rights

Enrolled students receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes during the course duration and 90 days thereafter.

Student Work Ownership

Students retain ownership of original work created during courses, while granting Creatteeait limited rights for educational and promotional purposes with proper attribution.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Course Fees

  • • Generative AI Foundations: SGD 2,199
  • • Language Model Development: SGD 2,599
  • • Multimodal Generation Systems: SGD 2,999
  • • Payment plans available upon request

Payment Methods

  • • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • • Bank transfers and GIRO arrangements
  • • Corporate billing for group enrollments
  • • Installment plans with approved credit

Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

Available within 7 days of enrollment before course commencement or if course is cancelled by Creatteeait.

Partial Refund (75%)

Available within 14 days of course start date if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

No Refund

After 14 days of course commencement or completion of more than 25% of course materials, whichever occurs first.

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered beyond standard timelines for documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances at Creatteeait's discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for particular purposes. Creatteeait reserves the right to modify courses and services.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Creatteeait's total liability exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course or service in question, regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.

8. Termination

Student-Initiated Termination

Creatteeait-Initiated Termination

Effects of Termination

Creatteeait reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and website notice at least 30 days before implementation.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Assignment

Students may not assign rights under these terms. Creatteeait may assign obligations with reasonable notice.
